He is an adult in the eyes of the law, so there just isn't much else that can be done about it.

I would tell him that he's making a huge mistake and it's in his vest interest to break it off. I would tell him that he may be negatively impacted mentally and emotionally. Because said relationship is not going to last, and when it is over, he will most likely go look for a replacement to continue the same trend. And he will continue to pass the years as someone's sextoy
