I'm friends with this person and all he talks about 90% of the time is his RC trucks. If I or someone else doesn't bring up a conversation he always talks about him building things for his RC trucks or something about them. It's like that's the only thing on his mind.

I just couldn't do it. No hate involved. I just couldn't have a real friendship. They'd be turned into a casual acquaintance. I have friends and family like this, but with political stuff. Their entire lives revolve around it and they're terrible to be around and talk to. And one friend that is obsessed with his career.
