Not exactly. Life is a constant struggle for a lot of us, and even when there are good parts it is short lived. Then you just get sick and die anyway and everything you worked so hard for in your life is gone, eventually no one remembers you or your life and no one cares, and you disappear as just another number of millions in human history.

If you were aborted, you'd never even know you existed in the first place, because you were likely just a pile of mush with no self-awareness. That's a hell of a lot easier than all of the pain, sorrow, struggle and strife of living a human lifetime.
