My older sister is such a horrible human being. I decided I see no need of explanation so I cut her off completely and give her the silent treatment. Last argument I had with my sister she will do and say things later denied it and she will say I don't remember, I never said that. I looked at her seriousness face I told her do you want me to record you? I had my sister at age 40 was dealing with dementia. So why bother. I don't owe her an explanation? Well forgiveness is a privilege not right.

I guess I would tell my sister that I'm trying to reduce stress and drama in my life for health reasons. This requires distancing myself from her.

I know that's easier said than done, but it's the only thing I could think of.
