Nice to hear of people that can function properly in the best interest of the child.

Although is it a step too far? Good question.

As in, if you get on that well, and can holiday together with your child, the question needs to be asked, why arnt you together working on it?

And I guess, that's the question the child will be asking themselfs and potentially blaming themself for.

It's a tough one. I mean if you both had partners and other kids etc, then some kind of wiered big trip could work and be cool.

But if it's just you two, I'm not sure on the answer, don't want to lead your child into false hopes, but then again, it's better than having little to no team work and them being stuck in the middle.

I don't know.

It's important to allow each parent thier own holiday time with the kids, so I guess you need to balance that up with your own situation.
