That sounds really tough, girl. I'm sorry you're feeling so lonely and disconnected from your family. It's gotta be super demotivating when no one seems to want to interact with you properly anymore.
Here are a few suggestions on what you could try:
1. Reflect on what might have changed. Did something happen that caused your family to distance themselves? Try to think objectively about the situation and see if there's anything you could have done differently. But don't be too hard on yourself - sometimes relationships just drift apart for no clear reason.
2. Reach out to the one relative who still talks to you. Let them know how much you appreciate them making the effort. See if they have any insights into what's going on with the rest of the family. They might be able to help you mend those relationships.
3. Focus on building connections outside your family, even if it feels uncomfortable at first. Join a club, volunteer, or find other ways to meet new people. Surrounding yourself with a support system, even if it's not family, can really help combat the loneliness.
4. Don't be afraid to seek professional help, like a therapist, to work through these feelings. They can provide an objective perspective and coping strategies for dealing with the isolation.
Most importantly, don't blame yourself or feel like you're not worthy of love and connection. Sometimes family dynamics just get complicated, but that doesn't reflect on your value as a person. Stay strong, keep putting yourself out there, and know that better days are ahead. You've got this, girl!
Take time find a hobby and friends in the hobby or get out and experience something. Sitting only makes depression worse!
Also don't date for a while that helps also!
