So my friends don't show up to anything of my parties but will come over to my house the same day after a night out which they didn't inviting me.
one of them constantly things we are out to ruin her reputation mostly me.
do I just cut them off and move on?
They never apologize when they hurt my feelings.

Yeah just remove yourself from their group and move on. Sounds like you weren’t a friend of theirs to begin with. They don’t invite you out, don’t show up to your parties, treat you as if you’re out to ruin them, and don’t apologise. You’re better off without that highschool behaviour.

True friends don't leave you out of group plans. And when you are out, you should be having fun together and not having your reputation ruined.
Then to just come over hungover, feels like they're using you

But your ties, or raise you self worth and if they come over after not inviting you, don't let them in.
