I have no children thank goodness. If I had, then obviously I would NOT allow her to walk around half naked and to act like a hoe or a person of low morals.
If I had children, I would have educated them dignity and self-respect and not to behave like a person with no education. Self-dignity is one of the first thing that should be taught to children so that they don't end up like this AI generated picture in your question.
And it partly also because I cannot influence my children once they meet other peers that I don't want to have any. You can teach them as much dignity as possible but if they come in contact with others that swear, curse, behave like uneducated kids, then all your efforts were in vain.
I'd say no. When she becomes a woman, and she chooses to dress revealing that's fine. But as long as she is in school it is a big nope. She can do that when she's 21+ in my opinion. I won't ever have a daughter but that's what I'd say to her.

I see women wearing much less almost every day during the summer months. After all, there is nothing outrageous about shorts and a tank-top.
Not unless it was scool uniform. But crop top is fine.
She can dress however she wants whenever she starts working and buying her own clothes. I would have hopefully steered her in the right direction by then.
No, absolutely not.
