Oh heck to the no... Fuck NO. I'm completely against raising someone to be eye candy for pedophiles, hebephiles, and the like. I don't want anyone to look at them sexually. When I see a girl showing off her upper thighs and stomach, I can't help but think wrongly about them. At 15-17 the need to be accepted is greater than any other time in a person's life. If this is the fashion that the other girls are wearing at this age and it helps her fit in then she can do what she wants. A person is defined by their actions not what they wear.
