Asking because I had bought the three items bellow with my own money and my mom forced me to return them because they where too “sexy looking” but I don’t see how they look that way at all.
She says she doesn’t want me to attract boys or creeps but it seems counterintuitive as she never teaches me how to even deal with that type of stuff if it does happen to me (which it has) and my bodies naturally curvy so hiding my curves is hard and I don’t see the point in being afraid in my own body. I just want to wear clothes that I know I look good in.

The shoes are a bit much. Sneakers should not have heels. If you want heels, find some strappy sandals, or kicky boots, maybe. Especially if you're going to wear trousers so long they break over your shoe like those do.
Other than that, if they fit, I think they're fine. Depending on where you live, you might want a long-sleeved shirt for outside; most 15 year olds in hot climates wouldn't be caught dead in long pants.
Please remember that to your mom, you're still 6 years old, and she's terrified of your becoming a sexual creature. She'll probably be that way until your thirties; just live with it. ;)
1. I don't have, nor wan't kids, but if i had any, I wouldn't tell them how to dress, I feel that would be too controlling. That said, If you have a large chest, that top might be too revealing, but then you have nudist colonies and those people don't really give a shit about seeing everything on everyone so eh.

The top could be a little showy for some mothers, but they’ll have to respect that this is how generations are different, and that if you can be comfortable wearing those for yourself, not to attract eyes. I mean yes, feeling like you look good is a confident and positivity booster, but just be mindful that wearing more cropped outfits can lure people more than expected, which is not a good thing.

When my kid was about 11 I started giving them a clothing allowance. I think it was $125/month. They could wear whatever they wanted as long as they didn't get sent home from school. She learned to shop resale and spent the rest on whatever they wanted. I didn't care, it wasn't my money.

It's not really that inappropriate. Some might argue the shirt shows a little more skin than is typical of someone your age, but it's not like it's showing clever of "side-boob." So while I don't agree with your mother, I can see where she's coming from in a way.
I'd be ok with. Especially, as my daughter with 15 was 'aware' enough to not do stupid things. The top is a little ''open''... not knowing your own environment, it may be smart to be a little selective about when and where you wear it.
Why do parents do that? If I will have kids I will allow them to do whatever they wish to unless it is morally incorrect. I hate parents like that because I have gone through it and they are so possessive, I hate them even my brother has also become the same. I feel I am not at all part of their family but I follow them without saying anything because I don't want to spoil the happy atmosphere because of my own wishes.

Well trust me she saved you from humiliation. Its all terrible. You might want to rethink your style. Baggy pants on women has not ever been a good style. Its come and gone over the years but it doesn't age well because when its not in style everyone looks at pics and regrets it and laughs at it. While other styles always look good even when not in style. The shoes have the same problem.
Converse are always good but not the awful mashups they do which 99% of the non normal styles are totally fucked. Thats why the original styles are still so popular.
