IIs there anything I should do about my supervisor who washed paver dust down the street?

My supervisor happend to be my supervisor. This was in 2016-2017. We were building a patio and we were cutting the pavers all day, and there was a pile of dust that gathered under the saw. Before we left, my supervisor took a hose and washed it down the street. I don't even know if it went down a storm drain, and im pretty sure that's bad for it. Is there anything I can do, or is the damage done?
