Depends completely on what opportunities present themselves and what sort of power you have available to kill or incapacitate with a single blow. There are multiple weak points in the human body. Nerve clusters, circulatory system, bones, joints, sensory organs (ears, nose, eyes), spinal cord (C vertebrae and L vertebrae). Almost anything can become a weapon. Metal, glass, wood, chemicals, a belt, a book, even a bright flashlight. But all of that requires knowledge of human physiology and the power to make it happen and a cool head to wait for the right opening. And you better be OK with doing permanent damage to someone. Because that is not the time for half hearted efforts.

If you're smaller, quicker and faster and your assailant is bulky and slow... run. Pepper spray can be really effective to buy you 10-30 seconds. If none of that works make some noise. A lot of noise. People committing crimes do not generally like a lot of attention.

Probably the balls since if you are a shorter person they will be available to you, eyes and throat won't always be.

If a girl, her most effective self-defense is to avoid being with a dangerous guy or in a high-risk situation. Attempting to attack a guy is problematic. They are not defenseless; especially against a slower and much weaker girl.

But what if you can’t avoid the situation then what would you vote

Except in war, I can't imagine being in a situation I couldn't avoid. In that case, I would do what you see on TV. The soldiers break into a room and women and children are huddled together afraid and looking non-dangerous. However, if it is a single soldier or man and ra p e and/or injury appears unavoidable, I am going to be meek, appear weak, and wait for opportunity to strike his eyes when he is expecting it. Then when he is agonizing in pain I will grab anything that can be used as a weapon such as a pen and keep stabbing him or hitting him until I am certain he is dead; not just unconscious.

Guys will protect their testicles at all costs, but if you go for their eyes, they will instinctively put both hands up to protect them. That will give you a clear shot at their balls.
Pushing them off balance will open their legs which might make the target even more accessible.
