How long did your rock bottom last?

I have been at rock bottom in my life for over a year now, and I am so tired...

Aw man, that really sucks that you've been at rock bottom for over a year. I can only imagine how exhausting and draining that must feel. Rock bottom is the absolute worst, and being stuck there for that long - that's gotta be brutal.

Got to keep climbing it eventually gets better but takes time I used to self harm from age 13 to age 18 til I finally got out of the dark place ot never fully goes away you will always have to fight not to go back to that place

I have never allowed myself to hit rock-bottom, Even being abandoned by my parents at 12 didn't faze me for long. I have always had that inner strength to keep moving forward.
