Help how can I afford rent and pay a new car?

I work a normal job $1300-$1400 every 2 wks.

I Need save to move out July to my own studio Apt which is $1200 or $1300 per month rent.
I have $1k in savings for any emergency , separate from savings I plan save to move out.
My parents live in a far city & it’s to point I no longer drive daily home after work as I’m too tired. now it’s summer & it’s hard stay&sleep in car due to the heat.
i can’t save money faster as it’s costly eat out daily living in car, if I lived in a studio 10 min away from job I would save a lot of money on food & gas.

and no I won’t quit my job as I love my job and plan start school August as I want be a dentist assistant by age 29/30. Rn I’m 27.
my car is having severe issues and I’ve been paying $500 a month latley to fix more and more issues. It has a big issue that’s $1k and my car is old has 200,000 miles.
I can’t afford pay a new car $500 a month as I need pay rent and save to move out July.
I don't know what to do. I can’t buy an old used car for $1k as I need save $1k to move out July.

Have your parents help you with a car or money or at least an interest-free loan.

They can’t help me pay monthly for my car. They are 60 and struggling pay rent. They don’t own a home. But want stay forever in that far city. I wish they lived near my job so we can split rent it sucks i have to live alone and pay everything alone.

Cars are one big money pit. If I wasn't given a work vehicle, I would just walk places and use public transport.

Work more or gain skills so you have value. Your income is barely above minimum wage.

I can’t use the bus or bike I don’t live 10 min away from the job. I depend on my car for any emergency like for some reason in future I can’t pay rent I live in my car. I drive a lot. I can’t get a bike.

I might not be able sell the car as it has too many issues I can’t fix anymore. I don't know if they’ll accept it like that
