At what age can a sibling or cousin visit their older relative at college SOLO for the weekend? Never? 15? 21?

I agree with Nathan, but also depends on how far away the college is. I used to visit my sister on weekends who lived an hour away at her college, I’d take the bus. I think I was 15 at the time.
