So you probably told because you were worried about your friend. My guess is that they all think you ratted out your friend? Right? I think you did the right thing saying something. That's pretty serious coming to school drunk. If they don't understand why you did it then maybe you should find new friends! Sounds like this friend has adult issues and they need help. I honestly would have done the same thing. If people say you ratted your friend out ignore them. They should be lucky that you are their friends! What you did took a lot of courage. I'd be proud to call you my friend!
