How do I block this idiot that keeps texting me from different numbers?

Every single night/morning this entire past week, I've been getting the same text from multiple different Australian phone numbers that says " sigma gyat 67" and I'm certain it's a kid making different numbers. I have blocked every single one of them and they just won't stop. It's not like I can call the police if they're on the other side of the earth, and it's too much of a hassle to contact the Australian police over something stupid.
