Why are these things with kids being discussed and normalized?

I left my tv on YouTube and by the time I actually got back to my tv a video about teaching kids as they grow up? Which is weird because I don’t have any kids and have no interest in having kids, but it’s YouTube after all.

and I saw that these people on the video are telling new parents that they should teach there children about sex at the age of 4-5? And they should know about the uterus and penis by the time they are in 1st grade? Even stated that telling the kids that touching their genitals/masturbation and ages 8-9 is okay? Like what the actual fuck, then we wonder why there are overly sexual men and women.
parents are more worried about teaching there kids about sex/masturbation before they are 10 then teaching them wrong from right and how to grow up a good person. Like holy crap, which is why I won’t bring a child into this world. Too many people don’t know how to raise children (which everyone is a first time parent at one point, but as you get older you learn the world around you) and those people’s kids turn out to be weirdos and creeps. Like why exactly is a child doing anything sexual and why are you showing them how to do it?
I don't know this is actually very disturbing to me that people actually listen to these types of videos/people.

Also I’d like to add that on TikTok there are people also stating that you should teach the child “privacy” at the age of 5 so that he/she can touch themselves along with showing them how to do it.
What the fuck has this society gone to? You can’t even get into a relationship and within the first month the person wants to have sex. You go online and it’s all about sex. Now we’re bringing it onto literal toddlers?
