Why are these kids and young teens thinks this is ok?

Two weeks ago, my 13yo sister's friend had brought her over to where her boyfriend and her boyfriend's homies (or just really close friends if that is going to be easy for you) were at. Her friend is 17 years old and she's trying to set my sister up with a 16yo male. I kinda don't see a problem with this, but at the same time, it is a problem; my sister is not anywhere near mature, and she lacks knowledge. No guy wants a girl like that. Besides, why would a 16yo want to date a 13yo? Especially when the 16yo is of consent (my state's aoc is 16) and my sister is not. Why does the male think that that's ok?

There is a 16yo girl that likes my 11yo brother. Tell me that there's something wrong with this. If these 16yos can't find anybody their age, then they need to wait until they're older. For the 16yo male, I would not mind it, nor would I care if he was 21 and my sister was 18. I am saying 'no' to this because my sister lacks lots of maturity and basic knowledge. The 16yo female and my 11yo brother is a big no.

At this point, these teenagers need a "sit down and talk" about which age group is okay to date and which ones are not, because this is just ridiculous.

difficult for me to say, I nearly had sex aged 12, but didn't, because my mu came home, I nearly had sex nearing 15, with my boyfriend behind the school in the park, I didn't because again we were disturbed, I eventually had sex just before my 16 birthday, worth waiting for,
so who is to say what is right or not

But how old were the people you were trying to engage sex? I am not talking about sex in this question, I am mentioning the age maturity between a 13yo and a 11yo who both have 16yos of different sex crushing on them. Though, if the 16yo female starts grooming my 11yo brother, she can go to ydc for being a child predator.

Not to mention, I have had sex at the age of 12 with the person of the same sex. She was my age. Later on, at 17, I lost my virginity to a 20 year old.

You make it sound as its something new. This has been happening since ever. Its only society that puts the restrictions there. Age of consent is different in different countries, in the US, its different in some States.

That's because it is just now shining out to me. And I know the age of consent is different everywhere, that is why I put the age of consent there so you all would know.

Don't you think I know that now? Obviously, they need to realize if the young teen is mature enough for a relationship. Otherwise, when they get older and look back at their broken heart, they'll find it ridiculous that they fell in love with someone who wasn't mature enough for them and vice versa.
