Narcissism, just like any other behavior, is learned, not inherited.

Meaning their children won't be born as a narcissist, but they can learn that behavior by watching that parent, and growing up thinking it's acceptable to act that way.

I had a cousin who was self-important, as was his wife, and he had two boys, both of whom thought their shit didn't stink, either and all but 1 of their daughters are SUPREMELY entitled!! The one that's not is a very nice girl, easy to get along with and talk to and you get no attitude from her!!
