Am I a weak man for crying at a stressful fast-food job and leaving?

I've been working at mcdonalds for over a month now. I already have an anxiety disorder, and this job pushes me to the brink. Yesterday they had me work from 10am-6pm. They had me work second window like usual. Its where you hand out drinks and food when the customers drive by. It was relentless for a couple hours. I felt very overwhelmed, and pissed off for some reason. Probably because there were so many customers at once, and I was wondering how tf they could all have decided to come to mcdonald's at the same time. I realized I just dont have what it takes to work this job. I couldn't take this for another 6 hours. I stopped, and just told my manager I felt very overwhelmed, and I just can't do it. I wasn't like full on crying but you could hear my voice quiver a lot, and my eyes were red. My manager was very understanding. She told me that im not in trouble, and then she sent me home, and told me to come back tomorrow (today). I feel terrible, and im embarrassed to go back to work. I've had a lot of jobs, and this has never happened, although I've never worked in customer service before this job.
