Children. Grandparents. Parents. Spouse.

Children, because they need your guidance and protection from day one. They are your future.

Grandparents, because they gave you so much without asking for anything in return. They are part of your heritage.

Parents, because without them and their values, you wouldn't be here, nor be the person you are today.

Spouse, for obvious reasons. It's your life partner.

my parents and brother and sister are all the same the highest priority ever. God first then family. I don’t have children I probably won’t, but I’m extremely loyal and I honor my family.. I don’t have a wife so she’s not in there

Parents if they treated you well when growing up, then spouse, children, adopted children. If there is a conflict between my parent and spouse (if I had one) it would depend on who is actually in the right. Any other time I think I would side with my SO against all others regardless if they were in the right or not. What do you think?
