They are insecure and feel like you have grown away from them. Perhaps you have. You can't change this. Spend less time with them and more time with friends.

Then spend time with your friends and limit time with family. It's sad to admit, but they are not kind to you. I don't know why, but I can guess -- you are better educated, have wider interests they don't share, and when you talk about them they feel like you are putting yourself above them when it's just your life. When you are with family, don't talk about your new interests and experiences because they don't want to hear about it.
