Coworker rumored to be dating a minor: how should I act at work?

I work at mcdonald's. My manager, and another crew member i get along with real well were talking about this new guy who started. Apparently he's 20 and dating a 14 year old. Thats all I heard from them. We all close every night, and I looked at the schedule and this guy will be closing with us. My manager said she really hopes he's not closing with us. Like I said, I don't know for sure if this guy is dating a 14 year old, but they really seem to think he is. I don't know if I should be nice to him? But im afraid if they see me be nice to him, then theyll think im condoning pedophilia. But what if im not nice to him, and I just go along with the rumors when they may not even be true?

What's the problem with that? Completly normal just a hundred years ago, still legal in a whole lot of countries (usually 13 and up), you can't call him a pedophile unless you're a retard that doesn't even know the difference between that and an ephebofhile. On is attractied to prepubecent childrent and the other is attracted to post puberty all the way up to age 25... He's fucking 20 by the way.

Report any information you have to law enforcement gather any evidence it would be better for the roomer to be investigated and found false then for it to be real and nobody said anything. Gather names of people who have told you and what they said. File a police report. Also report here.
