How fast do you usually reply to texts from friends or a partner?

Asap usually. I don't like to keep people waiting on a reply if I am available which is usually almost always since I work from home.

Immediately, if it's someone I want to talk to or at least as soon as I find out it's there. sometimes, if I'm very busy with something I just CAN'T immediately break away from, I might have to wait a minute or two.

I have had messaging disabled on my phone for years. Regardless, we are all quite capable of actually talking to each other. It is really not that hard.
