I’m not going to hide it - it always used to piss me off, the way she was antagonizing Walt at every turn. Even in the last episodes, she could have easily run away with him and lived comfortably somewhere with no extradition. She was acting as if he was enslaving children, when he was just a white-collar criminal. He often got himself into hot water solely because of that skank.

It's been a while since I've seen that series, but if I recall correctly, didn't she support him for a while? I know she didn't snitch on him and chased that Lydia woman off and didn't want him to get back into the game. I honestly don't even remember how he ended up cooking again, or what lead to their falling out and I don't remember the sequence of events. I haven't seen that show in ages!

But like he said, he was a MANUFACTURER, not a dealer.

But either way, yes, I agree. Like Jane wanted to do with Jessie. And that's why I preferred Dexter. I think only his actual girlfriend ended up breaking up with him after he cheated, but Layla and the tenant girl supported him and didn't snitch on him. The first even killed for him and the second was gonna run off with him. I prefer those sorts of relationships better. But you have to remember, Skylar cheated on him, so she wasn't loyal to start off with, so I'm not surprised she wasn't loyal with other things.

I don't blame her for fearing for her and her family's safety though. If my wife was doing stuff like that, I'd probably feel the same, but I don't think I'd have it in me to abandon her, especially if she could be in danger. If it was the reverse, I'd want her support. I personally wouldn't marry someone I couldn't trust with something like that. Like if I had an idea to cook/sell drugs, I'd tell my wife instantly.

Yes, ideally a wife should be trustable like that and family in general. Me being Skyler i wouldn't wanna be involved but i wouldn't be obstructing him

99% of the time he only manages to keep his head above ground or not caught is luck while he thinks it wasn't.
Jessie in fact is smarter than him may not seem so on the surface but he knew when to quit, and wanted to get out, understood the danger more, more cautious just had his addiction issues along with lack of confidence in himself leading to ease of manipulation. Although that lack was also a sign of his intellect cause smart people doubt themselves, while fools never do.

Also Jessie knew Walter was educated so he did rely on his mind in that sense thinking he'd know better on such things while he could admit he didn't know. But when Walter don't know anything about the streets and slinging drugs he pretends as if he does.

But I get what you mean. Its the same with virtually every couple in a tv series. The marraige is broken and the wife is a complete bitch blaming her husband who trying harder, harder than she is.

Remember Lori and Rick in the walking dead. She jumped into bed with Rick's best friend and got pregnant a minute after the world started ending and the world went to shit.

How about Kayce and Monica Dutton. She spent the whole series bitching at Kayce and resented him because he was white, a man and his family owned land. She also wanted him to stay away from his family. Even contemplated cheating with her native American physiotherapist. Im glad she's dead in that new series.

He was making meth. That’s not “white collar” crime. White collar crime is stuff like fraud, embezzlement, stuff you do in a high level job. Making meth is not in that group. I would be on Skylar’s side, he’s a fucking drug dealer handing it out like candy, purposely endangering himself and his family to feed his ego.

That doesn’t change the fact that he was knowingly making illegal substances, creating organized crime around the sales of said illegal substances, and risking his family’s lives for money and power in the criminal underworld. This is not a good man.

I met Bryan Cranston once at my kid's college event. He was there for his daughter and did not want attention. I didn't recognize him because I had never watched the show.
