I wanted to live on campus in college even though I easily could have just stayed at home and driven there every day but I felt like I'd miss out on a lot of the experience if I did. So I was leaving but I could go home any time so it didn't always feel real. I would have been scared to just be on my own more than I would have been excited but it all felt a little muted since I wasn't far and could go see them very easily.
Yes kinda but I never hated living at home with my parents and brother. I have a great relationship with them but moving out felt like a new chapter in life so that was great.
No, I was forced out of my house by my evil, greedy ex-sisters!! Mom WANTED ME to stay in the house because I was the only one of us kids that cared about her and took care of her in her dire time of need!! And, as the house had been in the family since 1936, she wanted it kept in the family and to not be sold, at least until I died!! By all rights, I SHOULD STILL be in that house!!
I was glad to move out. No tension or anything. I was just eager to get my life started.

Yup, couldn't wait to start living a normal life.
What parents house? Not everyone had parents like on the Leave It To Beaver show.
no, my parents are my best friend. Absolutely not. I like staying with family I don’t like living alone. I do now and I don’t like it at all
Nah, I didn't have adult supervision and had to take care of myself anyways
Yes. I love my mom, but she yells too much. She and my little sister were always fighting.
My mother was driving me nuts.
