How do you take care of yourself if your parent/guardian has to go to the hospital?

He’s gonna be in the hospital for surgery for about a day and a half.

My dad cooks for me, gets my medicine ready, baths me. etc i also have medical conditions of my own.

I don’t know how to measure medication.

My dad is gonna buy food i can heat up while he’s in the hospital.

My only family member is my dad, my mom died a decade ago and my other family are estranged.

And i got surgery in late April/early may.
