When I was a teenager my mom used to come up behind me and grab my long hair and twist it and jerk my head back.

I've been in fist fights with my dad and stopped my mom from beating me. I was 6ft tall 180lbs in 7th grade so that was when I was big enough to fight back to make that kind of abuse stop.

When I was a young kid I tried it once. Ended badly for me my punishment got worse, but my dad only hit me a few times when I was a kid my never did.
