My crush of four years said bluntly that he finds white girls way more attractive than black girls and I’m just ugly and too dark. Then guy friend who is Caucasian (I’ve known him since childhood, age six) put his foot down, shouted at him saying I am the most beautiful, kind, thoughtful and amazing girl that he knows and any man would be very lucky to have me. He would find ways to make me laugh because i have the most beautiful laugh, he knows my favorite things, appreciates me, my beauty and I am so nurturing and smart. He knows everything about me. Well most things. My girl pals said that was beautiful and said he's been in love with me for years. My cousin said, “That is a REAL man! Any man that does that for the woman he lives is a KEEPER! Girl you give that boy a chance or another girl will!” Now I can't stop thinking about my guy friend since that insident two weeks ago so why is my heart pounding. I rejected him all these years my best friend said im fimally seeing him with new eyes and I may be falling im love with him. every time a love song comes, I think about him and my heart pounds when his name is called. Why is this happening? We’re both 28 now. My ex boyfriends have been crap and never said this stuff to me.
