Is it normal to still deeply resent one specific former bully?

There is only one particular bully (female) I truly dislike so much. Honestly if I ever bump into her and she tried greeting me, I imagine saying '' You manipulative, fake person''.

Unlike other bullies, she elaborated things. She included prolonged manipulation into it, pretending to be my friend twice, using my former forgiving nature, calling my house twice (even go to talk to my mother on the first call and my mother was happy I was making a friend... so making fun of my mother too), writing on my yearbook ''your best friend'', etc. That sounds like an emotional sadist, not the typical bully that's straightforward mean. Plus when we were in our 20's, I heard from my friend that she really hasn't changed at all. Some people just don't change.

I don't care about the others. They were the typical mean kids that call you names and isolate you. With that girl, I feel it was a lot more than just bullying.
