Why am I always singled out for gossip by coworkers at every job?

Jobs are no longer professional and jobs are now higshcool where you arrive and all the mean girls have their group of friends they gossip with about me with. It’s never they gossip with me about others, it’s always they gossip OF me. I smile to everyone every day and greet them but this still doesn’t do anything. As im

new they watch for any mistakes , pass by casually smirking or peeking eyes at my task to see what I’m doing as if they are sueorvsiors. They don’t do this to other girls just to me. I walk near them and they leave. They gossip and I’m near and they go quiet and leave.
if there’s one cool girl that I get along with , she’s temp or gets fired and I’m at each jobs stuck in mean girl group forever and ever.

I’m nice. I never am mean. So no there’s no reason. I’m just new but I’m hated for no reason. I’m skinny pretty and blonde and just notice everyone copies my hair color or way I dress once they see me , they have my exact hair color and style the next day but continue gossip of me. They’re the mean girls. Not me they r the villains.
