Should I feel guilty for choosing my health over going with my mom to the ER?

Yesterday, I had to get my pain medication for inflammation, an hour before my period started. While waiting to return home, I started having really bad cramps. It hurt to even sit. I went to bed and for the rest of the day, I didn't leave my room I didn't even let my cat out I didn't answer any calls I didn't go to the bathroom I didn't eat
I passed out and slept. My cramps make me shaky and weak. My mom had to check on me
I had today off, but Im still cramping, but it's not as bad as yesterday. I still feel drained, and I have to work tomorrow. This evening, my mom got a call that her father is sick sick and going to the ER. My dad asked someone to go with her to the hospital. My dad has disability problems too so he asked cause he's in pain. My brothers are just coming back from work. One said he'll pay me if I go , but im the only daughter. most of the time, I go, but I don't have the energy. Back story: our relationship with our grandpa is not strong. My mom was the first born, but my grandpa got remarried and gave everything to my mom's half brother and my uncle moved him somewhere far out from us. It takes some hours to see him. Even as a kid he wasn't really present. I don't really know him, but it's still my mom's dad. I don't know my uncle and half aunt like that either. It takes energy to talk to people I dont know, and then we'll be at the ER. The last time I stayed at the hospital my feet swelled up from sitting so long and it took days to recover. I don't know how long we'll stay.
Im barely moving now. In the end, my dad still went.
If this happened and I had more days off and wasn't dealing with my own issues, I would have gone. I feel bad for my mom, but I also didn't want to be in more pain.
