It been 3 years and still haven't met his parents...........yet?

Me and my boyfriend been together for three years now and I haven’t even met his parents yet. I don’t know if they even know about us dating or what. I’m not to press the issue or anything but sometimes he makes me wonder that I’m not good enough to meet his parents. He never given me the option if I want to meet them or not. I would love him to meet my mom and sisters whenever he is ready. Can I get some feedback on this por favor

He's not from a different culture or anything. I never hear him mention anything about friends. The only person he seem to hang out with is his brother. His brother watch his kids while he is at work.b if anyone need to know more I will be checking daily

I need more information...is he from a different culture than mainstream America or Europe..in other words could his family preclude him from marrying you? Mine could never have controlled me and probably would not have tried...Also..is it only his family that you are not meeting? Do you know all of his friends? Because, if he is proud to introduce you to his friends, then his family is probably the problem..he may be ashamed of them or something..I always introduced girls I knew to my family...but I warned them...o.O

You ahvent mentioned if he has met yours. Id say that you should bring up introducing him to your family. That will make things go a little faster. dONT try to make a big deal out of it, just not to cause innecessary fighting. If he is still with you though he loves you. You're not dating his family, you're dating him so whocares. If you still haven't met his family, Maybe his family has had some traditions as who he can date. Its nothing personal though

Just bring up a family get together and ask if his family would like to attend. See, what he says and go from there.
