We spend everyday together. He texts me to go over at 9 in the morning and eat breakfast together and we stay together until I have to go to class at 2 in the afternoon and when I get home at 6 we hang out until 10 at night watching movies on his laptop or talking. He flirts with me a little, but he's shy. He does this thing where he just stares at me for a while making confused faced and I do the same back and then we just laugh. The few days we can't hang out we text each other all day. He seems to be quite shy but very nice. we always lay on his bed together and just hang out for a while. We've been drunk on his bed twice and he just laid there kind of nervous and didn't make a move. He's not very touchy but sometimes when he teases me he gives me a little nudge with his elbow but in a super shy way or gives me a pat on the back and then he gets kind of awkward. About a month ago I kissed him and he kissed me back and he started getting way too carried away so I had to stop it a bit because I had to go home. But that hasn't happened again because for some reason he thought I was dared to do it so maybe he thinks I don't actually wanna do it? He's 22 and I'm 19. every time I go out with friends he textes me "be a good girl tonight" and I do the same when he goes out and usually we see each other the next day and he always asks me how everything went and if I danced with any guy. One time an American guy called me while I was with him and asked me out and I said I'd think about it and I told him about it. He said "go! Why don't you try it out? It should be fun! Come on don't be boring. Just go on a date with him" but then again, I say that when I'm jealous. He doesn't know very many people and neither do I because we're both new to the country. We have a lot of inside jokes and he says words I say. He's told me a lot about his family and we just get along so well. We both like to go out and get lost in the city and explore. Recently we've started to make a lot of sexual jokes and he always asks me what actors I would do or find attractive. Recently I made a comment about how I usually get tired of people easily so I imagine he must be tired of me though I clarified I'm 100% not bored of him at all and I was just trying to make sure he's not sick of me. So now he sometimes tells me that I'm bored of him with a sad face and I always tell him I'm not. The other day his roommate asked us if we were boyfriend/girlfriend because we're always together on the couch drinking coffee with a blanket on. We both answered instantly "no" and then he got a little distant for the rest of the day.

He's leaving to go travel with his family for 2 months soon and I need to know if he likes me so I can make a move before he leaves plus I don't want him to get bored of me since nothing is happening?

Guys in the US are often a little scared of girls from other countries/cultures. Tha'ts why he acts so shy. He doesn't know what you expect so you will probably need to lead the way with him.

I'm from the states :P we're both living in south America. He's from sweden.

Oh, Ihad it all wrong then. Swedes are usually pretty reserved unless they have drunk Aquavit, in my experience, and y'know US women have a bad reputation with Europeans; that might be why he is hanging back then! Good grief! He's not really shy though, just generally not emotional or communicative, judging by what I say the time I was in Sverige.

well because here all girls are super relationship-y and I'm a bit more casual. I don't want a "relationship" I just wanna make the best of the time I have left witn him.

Does that mean hang out lots, which you're doing, or you want clothes to go flying, in which case you shot him down so you need to initiate if that's what you want.

Oh.. you're right! When he tried to go in for it I told him to slow down. So I have to initiate.. you're so right! That makes sense.

He clearly likes you, next time your on his couch or his bed. Snuggle up to him and go in for a kiss and then just make out for a while and tell him how you feel there.

But he says he doesn't want a relationship plus he's leaving back to sweden in January.. should I just make the most of it?

If you like him and don't think ull ever seen him, sure make the most of it. But if he's coming back just act as usual and wait till his return and see if he feels any different.
