So my crush is giving me mixed signals all the time, one second I’ll be teasing him and he takes it the wrong way so we have tension for a little. Then almost 3 minutes later, this dude will start flexing his “biceps” to me and we playfully debate if they even are there or not. (This has happened 2 times now and it’s only been us) He will also mirror my slang and expressions after me never hearing him say those thing until I SAID THEM. I will often find him directly staring at me while I’m talking to one of my friends, or laughing. Ever since I’ve known him he will always do something or say something that is just goofy and plain silly, and he will always do it until I look at him and when I smile he smiles bigger than ever. But he is a goofball and sometimes just acts silly for no reason, or just to do it with his friends. We’ve had some ups and downs though, he is really indecisive yet thoughtful about the girls he likes, he will often inspect them and just evaluate them until he decides that he likes her, and about 5 months ago I asked him if he liked me and he said no but still wanted to be friends. (He liked a different girl at the time) He has dated multiple girls while he would still occasionally tease me and a lot of the times just blatantly talk to me more than he would his gfs. He currently likes one of my friends but she likes another guy, I’m not sure if he likes me if he likes another girl. He’s giving me mixed signals here and I need to know if he likes me and is hiding it or he doesn’t and just is being silly.
This boy's behavior is typical of a 13 year old, immature child.
Also, at that age, boys need to impress girls. This is part of their growing up process. I would not pay much attention to him as he is clearly very immature for his age.
Also, you state that he is your crush. Crushes are usually a one-sided affair and seldom reciprocated. Right now, he needs to find his position in the teenager society and that is why his behavior is totally inconsistent and childish.
I personally would keep a certain distance from him because honestly, I don't think that this crush of yours is mature enough to know what he is doing.
