How do you feel about girls wearing heels to class?

Question

When I first started college I thought girls that wore heels to ask were annoying but then again I was also insecure about being naturally tall (5'7) but now that I'm a junior my style and group of friends of changed so much that I have become one of those girls my friends and I who wears heels everywhere... even to class.

I don't wear heels in a skanky hookish way to school I wear blazers jeans and nice dresses. I'm just wondering how people feel about girls wearing heels to class

I know a lot of guys particularly think it's annoying because of the clicking sound. I know in high school I always wore the same boots because they were cute and the only shoes I had left that weren't torn up. My teacher kinda put me on blast for that. They were only an 1' high but man, did that hallway echo.

I personally don't like it if girls wear heels but can't even walk properly. Girls who struggle shouldn't walk to school in heels because some colleges/universities have a lot of hills.

I'm 5'6 and I still wear heels. I urge my friends sometimes to wear it too because they are just so short sometimes and it gives you great posture.

Lol they can do whatever they want. I'd think they're really superficial if they did that and studied at my university, but that's just because our classes are scatterred around 12 floors in 2 different buildings, so we are always walking stairs and travelling from one end to the other. Very impratical. But that's also engineering school, so you'd befinately be the "trying to hard" stereotype.

Most girls at my school either dress up extremely well in designer clothing from head to toe or wear a baggy t-shirt/sorority mixer shirt with yoga pants/nike shorts(norts) and sandals or nikes

It's nothing special. There were a few girls at my high school who wore heels and I think they stood out mostly cause they didn't know how to walk in them. To each their own

I would find it hot.  A girl in heels anywhere is appealing to the eyes.  And even in college, where I'd least expect it.  If an attractive girl was in my class and wore heels a lot, I wouldn't mind her feet up on my lap, because I'd slip her heels off and give her some awesome foot rubs.

I like looking at them in their outfits.  The heels do add a degree of sexiness to the simplest outfit ad I appreciate ALL YOU EFFORT in this regard!

I can understand wearing wedges with some shorts or summer dress but their are some girls at my college that over do it. I don't see the point in wearing heels that you'd wear a Friday night,a lot of makeup and skimpy clothes,school is for learning not trying to pick up men.

It can look classy and professional or trashy and slutty, depending on what you pair them with. As a freshman, I usually see the second variety. I would wear heels with something nice if I didn't have to walk so far around campus.

But no matter what, it looks bad if you can't walk in them.

Meh, seems impractical. I don't even like girls wearing heels. There's nothing "sexy" about it especially when a girl is already tall and hearing constant complaints about how "her feet hurt" blah blah blah is annoying.

Girls who wear heels to class scream "trying to hard". Stick to special occasions.

It doesn't matter to me, I wouldn't wear heels in college because I walk a lot so heels aren't that comfortable to me but if they want to wear it then they can, it doesn't matter to me.

I don't see the point, unless it's for a presentation and you're trying to look nice.  I do see a lot of freshman wearing them though. Kids in college after that age though...none at all.

It's fine in my opinion. There are lots of girls at my uni who go to classes without making an effort with their appearance, so a girl who wears heels is refreshing.

Makes no difference in my mind. Wearing them to a laboratory would be foolish (they're not allow there anyway), but to a normal lecture, whatever. I'd likely not even notice that a girl was wearing heels unless I was attracted to her already.
