Wait till new years eve and give him a kiss at midnight

Find some mistletoe

Pretend to be overly excited and then hug and kiss him like you were caught up in a moment.

Stare at his lips and then go for it.

Bottom line, if you think he might be into you any physical gesture of affection will be good news for him. Especially if you're attractive.

I don't think there is a way to "accidently" kiss a person. Why can't you just kiss them? If they WANT you kissing them I'm sure they'd LOVE it!

There is no way to do it without alcohol. Unless you knock them out cold and then perform CPR.
