Is "Amen sister" friend zoning?

If a guy and a girl are having a discussion and the guy says "Amen sister", is that an indication he only will see her as a friend? Or is it just an expression?

I think it probably is a sign of friend-zoning. And despite what MrWombat says, yes guys do friend-zone. I wouldn't have sex with any of my female friends. Only desperate guys (the kind of guys that few girls would want to date) want to bang all the females they know.
