There's a spray-on method to make you look like you have abs. It's called contouring. But you have to have some kind of foundation to build on.

I've seen the ads on TV. Unfortunately I don't remember. But as long as you are fit, I don't see why you would be needing abs that much.

Women simply do not need to do this , pretty much any woman can easily get a man if she so wished !! Not into big boobs ( seems to be a US thing more than anywhere else , breasts are for feeding babies !! ) hate fake tits / lip implants , it's the content , NOT the cover that counts !

Not to mention their fake ass attitude, dressing up pretty and nice and when they're getting the attention they wanted they're suddenly 'creep-shaming' men. Hell, the women who dress sultry where men are trying to take them home and they can't even own up to their own sexual nature.

Eating whole fruits and vegetables never hurt. Sadly, not many people in the Western world are eating fruits and vegetables, and this includes women.
Though, eating whole fruits and vegetables is more about showing concern for your general health than showing concern for outward beauty.
its mostly the makeup i hate. and I've seen girls completely without make up and they looked beautiful. many girls are lucky and dont need it.
everything else is just so pointless like with numbers 2, 3 and 4 i like the normal boob and butt shape in the pictures not the butt and boob sticking out look it just doesn't look right.
and for the hair i liked the original hairstyle in the left pic too much hair doesn't look right in the right sides of the pictures
That's why getting to know someone on a mental and emotional level is important to me. I don't do any of the things you've listed, except light make-up, but I also wear no make-up around my boyfriend before we even get exclusive. So he knows what he's getting in to.
I know some women that do a lot or all the things you've listed, and some guys fall for it. If all they want is the illusion and looks, then that is what they'll get; smoke and mirrors.
Yeah a lot of women are real good at feeling insecure. If it makes them feel better about themselves think it's fine. I like natural beauty my self. I don't mind a little mascara or eyeliner because I think all men like the big bedroom eyes. Also I think a woman with a few tattoo's is sexy,. However when their whole body is covered they just look dirty. Everything in moderation. I my opinion.
This garbage is why I gave up on women, or at least "dating" them. If it's not this then itsit's the spoiled brat that didn't grow up. My girlfriend wears push up bras from time to time, and I quite frankly don't give shit. I actually don't care for boobs that are too big haha so I'm quite fine with her cup size. That and there's more to a relationship than only physical attraction. Sure it's important, but caring about the other person is even more important.
