I think the question author is confusing genuine women's panties verses men's underwear like briefs and bikinis.
I get it , some of us guys who wear panties are frustrated that we have to hide it. The panties I am wearing now are 10 times more comfortable than my men's stuff. Why does the men's have to be rough and thick and uncomfortable? When the leg bands on men's wear out they are worthless.
