Okay as someone who actually wears make-up I think I know more about it then you do. Yes, make-up can be used to make some extraordinary transformations. It can ALSO so be used to look like you aren't wearing any. The make-up philosophy of the 90's was to be so natural that people can't tell you are wearing any. Meanwhile that fresh faced make-up free look took six products.
