It's up to the person. Personally, I would never get plastic surgery done.
Celebrities can afford the really, really, really expensive surgeons and not bat an eye. Most normal people get the lesser surgeons.
They were ugly before the surgery because that's how they were made, they were ugly after the surgery because no one likes low self esteem bitches.
