What can I wear for a 90s themed party (US)?

There is a 90's party coming up where everyone dresses like teens and adults did in the 90s. I'm not sure what to wear? I do have plaid shirts I know we're popular but don't know if I should have it open with a t shirt under, and if it should be a graphic tee shirt (based on something 90s) and what kind of jeans to wear with it?

Add a band t under the flannel and some ripped jeans. You'll be good then. I still dress like that's the hip thing

yeah think baggy, backwards caps, plaid shirts and chunky shoes. i reckon light jeans are the way to go for this.
