1) Work out.
2) Dress sharp in a way that complements your physique (how your clothes fit is more important than like brand)
3) Grow facial hair or go clean-shaven or stubble (whatever suits your best).
4) Get a nice hair-cut that suits your face.
5) Very evil, but effective: take a really unattractive and geeky kind of guy as a wing-man when you go to bars and night clubs. You'll look relatively awesome. Do the opposite and go with a really good-looking guy and it'll have the opposite effect.

Nothing really. That's one of the few good things about being a girl, we have the advantage of makeup to make ourselves a little better looking. Then again guys can use makeup too if they wish :p I don't really mind.

I am old school, i find it girly when a man cares too much about his appearance. Having said that basic grooming is necessary, keep clean , have a nice hairstyle etc

And you seem like the type to then bitch at a girl when she DOESN'T wear enough makeup. I've met guys who say the same thing and say "No I'm not like that" then turn around and make a female feel like shit for not wear enough makeup or something.

Honestly, I've met girls who wear too much makeup and are still beautiful, others who don't wear any and are beautiful, and some who wear a set amount and are beautiful.

And if thats the case, men should be banned from growing facial hair because we all know that can change a mans outer appearance.
