What is the male equivalence of makeup to women?

Because makeup enhances a woman’s attractiveness by up to 3 or more points. For instance, in my opinion, the girl is a 4/10 without makeup on but with makeup, she shoots up to an 7 or 8 out of 10!
Is there even an equivalence for men? Muscle? Money? Power? Height? What is it? All combined?

I don't think that there is a direct equivalent.

Men's procedures to appear attractive is usually not so much through the face.

The closest I can imagine (as an optical attempt to ''attract'') are these vanity driven types of gym-monkeys.

There is none. Cause guys have no way to cheat, unlike women. And no, money doesn't count either, because you can't see someone's wealth unless they make a point to show it with expensive objects and clothing.

Let's be very honest here there are only about 5% of women who look stunning WITHOUT MAKEUP, while 55% of women look AVERAGE without makeup and 40% UGLY without makeup
