I'm not sure but I think some of them wear makeup. If they look feminine, that might be why women find them attractive. Masculine male models might be rare. The only two masculine male models that I know about are Hideo Muraoka and David Gandy.

Ironic question... considering that FEMALE models are almost universally characterized by severe, sharp facial features that are much closer to "masculine", in the traditional sense of the word.
Traditionally "feminine" (highly estrogenic) faces -- rounded, soft, no sharp jawline, wider-set eyes -- have no place in mainstream modeling. Not even on women... let alone on men.

In other words --
The answer to yr question is no.
Even FEMALE models aren't "feminine"-looking, in any meaningful sense. So, male models? Bahaha no.

Wherever you're getting this idea... you might just be thinking of the fact that male models are SKINNY, and don't have much muscle mass. That's absolutely the ONLY thing that's generally "feminine" about them.

Yeah -- the typical look of female models is almost androgynous.

Along the same lines -- When you see an unusually convincing trans woman, that person will ALWAYS have the "model-esque" look in the face. Because... trans women start as men, and that look is totally achievable for a man.
You'll never see a trans woman who ends up with the stereotypically soft, rounded, estrogenic-profile face that you'd see on a woman with a fertility-goddess body type.

half and half. guys from china sure do look quite feminine. men from Europe look quite "dead" zombified to me. in america, they look quite sexualized and masculine.

The reason why the Chinese models look feminine is because that's considered beauty. That's why their models don't look masculine like Donnie Yen.

its just my opinion, but when i see them walk the runway or on magazines, they do look really pale and chiseled out, with sharp features. to me they look at tad bit cold and dead.

lol. I wouldn't say feminine. But most male models do look like soft, pretty boys. Depends on the type of model. Since athletic models are much more common now there are some more "rugged" models, but that's rugged for a model lol. So still kind of a soft, pretty boy but more muscle.
