I'm not sure but I think some of them wear makeup. If they look feminine, that might be why women find them attractive. Masculine male models might be rare. The only two masculine male models that I know about are Hideo Muraoka and David Gandy.

Ironic question... considering that FEMALE models are almost universally characterized by severe, sharp facial features that are much closer to "masculine", in the traditional sense of the word.
Traditionally "feminine" (highly estrogenic) faces -- rounded, soft, no sharp jawline, wider-set eyes -- have no place in mainstream modeling. Not even on women... let alone on men.

Even FEMALE models aren't "feminine"-looking, in any meaningful sense. So, male models? Bahaha no.
Wherever you're getting this idea... you might just be thinking of the fact that male models are SKINNY, and don't have much muscle mass. That's absolutely the ONLY thing that's generally "feminine" about them.3
