Do guys find two ear lobe piercings attractive or trashy?

I have the basic one piercing on each ear lobe. Now for a while I've been thinking of getting a second one just above the first one. I choose to wear only studs on that piercing. And I'd like to wear jewelry similar to the picture attached. I just wanna know if guys care about this or whether it's a turn on or a turn off? Thank you!

I don't think guys care. I have this on my left ear and people rarely notice. I'm not a fan of the chain though.
