Are white pants hot or not?

They're ok for the most part. But... I hate to say this, but the white color usually just highlights how big someone is, and if the material bunches or wrinkles around the curves it just looks unflattering in general. Even normal looking girls can end up looking bigger than they are. Not saying that being thick is unattractive, just that white jeans tend to highlight the "wrong" parts of someone's legs and curves. Like I have bony knees, so tight white pants would immediately highlight them and make me look like a chicken. Plus they might get dirty, fast.
I just find that more often than not, other colors look a lot better than white.

I like them, i sometimes wear white pants but not with black tops because it won't look good, either with some colorful tanktop, or just some white top like the first picture. amazing <3

White pants are awesome, i'm just too paranoid about getting them dirty and having the dirt show! lol So the closest color I wear is a very light beige for my pants. :-P

White pants are not practical.  Every little mark and speck of dirt shows. Worst of all, are those leakage problems when a woman is menstruating.
