I'm gonna let you in on a man secret, we do judge other men just like you girls do; we're actually more judgmental if you ask me, just look at "Stuarto" comment, saying a guy is ugly is still judging him right?... , if we see a guy that's more buff then use, we ask him what he does to stay ripped like that, I get it all the time when I'm at the gym, guys asking me how I got so strong and what I do. it's not gay it's just asking a question, a guy is free to ask a guy any thing, every thing below the waist is off limits though. I've seen guys ask other guys where they got shoes from, hell I 've even asked other guys where they got stuff from.

Your definition of "judge" and my definition of "judge" are very much different. If I think another guy is good looking or handsome, it's an "observation", not a "judgment". If I saw a guy that was handsome and assume he was a girly-man unworthy of my respect, THAT would be judgment.
Judgment is drawing unobserved conclusions from observed facts, which is way different than looking at something and just seeing what's there.

Guys definitely judge other guys. In fact, there are many men who are so insecure they will trash another guy if he sees him as a threat.
